Connect Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools.
Work with your orders, tickets, invoices and clients from an AI tool, with the access you choose.
Turn it on
A workspace admin opens Settings, Modules and activates MCP. The MCP page shows your server URL, which is your workspace address followed by /mcp.
Connect your tool
In Claude, add a custom connector and paste the URL. In Claude Code, run claude mcp add --transport http esp YOUR-URL, then /mcp. Other tools need the URL, the HTTP (Streamable HTTP) transport and OAuth 2.1. Your tool opens a browser window where you sign in and approve it. There are no API keys to copy.
Choose what it can do
A connection reads what your account can read. Choose "Also allow changes" to let it update orders and tickets, post messages clients receive, and edit services, forms, coupons, pipelines and companies. Admins can also allow team, role and integration changes. To limit a tool further, connect it with a staff account that has a limited role.
What stays private
Tax IDs, street and billing addresses, IP addresses, payment details, invoice links, password fields and API keys are never returned. No tool can delete records or move money. New services, forms and coupons start switched off.
Try asking
- Show me all pending orders
- List unpaid invoices
- How much revenue did we make last month?
- Summarize the conversation on ticket 892
Stop access
The MCP page lists connected apps, and Revoke ends one straight away. Disabling the module stops them all until you turn it back on.
If it does not connect
Check that the module is on, that the URL ends in /mcp, and that popups are allowed. Client accounts can't connect. Tools that need HTTPS will not accept a plain http address.
