Open workspace Settings and configure the payment providers your business will use. Sandbox and Live credentials serve different environments.

Choose methods on the form

Use the order form builder to select from the available payment methods. Review the public form before sharing it with clients.

Verify payment updates

Configure the provider webhook for reliable payment and recurring subscription updates. Local Stripe sandbox tests can use checkout-return verification, but delayed payments and renewals need webhook delivery.

Keep platform billing separate

These settings collect payments from your clients. They do not configure how your workspace pays ESP.
